Whole chickens raised on our pastures and processed right on our farm. In addition to the forages and insects they find in the field, we feed them grains from a local producer. Each bird weighs about 4.5-6.5lbs and will easily feed a family of four or six.

Our 100% grass fed lambs spend their entire lives on our farm, grazing alongside their mothers. They are processed at local USDA facility in late fall and hanging weight range from 45-55lbs. The customer receives 35-40lbs of cuts plus organs, bones, and fat.
